The Islamabad High Court appointed a former president and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari for the ineligible petition.
Justice Awan Chief Justice Athar Mani-ul-Allah will hear the application filed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Usman Dar on April 4.
The idea was that January 2019, PTI leader Osman Dar and Khurram Sher Zaman filed in Islamabad High Court for the disability of Asif Ali Zardari.
The application was adopted effectively that Asif Ali Zardari hid his assets in nomination papers, due to which he was not honest and honored.
The petition filed in the court had said that former President Asif Ali Zardari was elected the National Assembly from the NA-213, but he could be disqualified under the Constitution 62, FN.
Earlier, the PTI was also referred to by the Election Commission and the Supreme Court of Pakistan for the disqualification of former President Asif Ali Zardari.
PTI member Sindh Assembly Khurram Sher Zaman had filed a petition for the disqualification of Asif Zardari, but he had appealed to the Supreme Court after withdrawing the petition.

In the application, he said that the former president did not appear in the name of the New York apartment, parking space and 2 built-in vehicles in the nomination, worth Rs 14 million worth of the hidden assets.
He had appealed to the Supreme Court that Asif Ali Zardari should be disqualified under Article 62 One F.
However, on January 24, the Supreme Court had returned the PTI by objecting to the application filed for the disqualification of former president Asif Ali Zardari.
Registrar Supreme Court said in his objections that the applicants did not refer to the relevant forum, the applicants, instead of the availability of the forum, asked the Supreme Court.
