Order to issue a marriage certificate to the Christian community
Ordered to issue a marriage certificate to Christian community Islamabad: (January 16, 2019) The Supreme Court has ordered Nadra to issue a marriage certificate to the Christian community, as well as directed the government of Punjab to make it lawful. According to the details, the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar heard the reserved decision of the Christian Marriage case, in which the court ordered to register the marriage of the Christian community.
The court registers the union council as regards the law of Christian community and The order of issuing a computerized registration certificate was issued. The Supreme Court gave the Punjab government the responsibility of the Christians The Supreme Court ordered the decision of the Christian community's marriage registry in September 2018, in the year 2018, the Chief Justice has remarked that the person who is Muslims, in order to make the relevant rules to register their respective rules.
Regarding the marriage, the same should register the marriage of the Christians, the Chief Justice directed Chairman Nadra to assist the people who are coming to amend the document.
