PESHAWAR: Lahore: Lawyers strike in various cities of the country continues to strengthen the view of innocent people killed by CTD hands in S Sahiwal.
The advocate against Sahiwal incident is also in trouble, Punjab court has appealed judicial proceedings in sub-courts across the province to punish the perpetrators of solidarity and the accused involved in the incident.
The Punjab Bar Council declared the judicial boycott on the case of Sahiwal, after which the lawyer boycotted the judicial proceedings and did not appear in the courts in the lower courts like Lahore.
The lawyer says that Sahih Sahiwal is state-like terrorism and he is equally involved in the grief of the survivors. The Punjab Bar Council demanded that the government provide justice to the victims accordingly.
Due to the strike of the lawyer, thousands of cases in the subordinate judiciary were postponed without any action, while the judges were hearing the cases in the chambers. The appeal of the strike was not applied to the Lahore High Court and the Lahore High Court was hearing the usual cases.
On the other hand, PPP Council against Saha Sahiwal and Peshawar High Court in the Barbar strike today demanded the lawyers to take appropriate action against the government in Sahiwal horrific incident. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council says that Sahiwal I am less convicted as firing on Citizens' innocent civilians
