Islamabad High Court: Disqualification petition against Asif Zardari set for hearing |
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court, January 28, 2019 (Chief Justice Islamabad High Court) will appear tomorrow on the disqualified petition against former President and the National Assembly, Asif Zardari, the application has been made to disclose Asif Ali Zardari as an application. He admits that Asif Zardari is not Sadiq and Amin, to be disqualified. According to media reports, Islamabad High Court has appointed a former president and member of the National Assembly Asif Zardari for the hearing.
Chief Justice Islamabad residents will hear tomorrow. The TTI leaders Usman Dar and Khurram Sher Zaman have adopted the petition that Asif Zardari is not Sadiq and Amin, so the President can not remain. The court has further appealed to the court that Asif Zardari should be disqualified as a member of parliament.

The PTI leaders had also submitted the petition to the Election Commission for disqualification of former president Asif Ali Zardari, but the PTI leaders have filed the petition filed in court. Clearly, Asif Ali Zardari has been accused of making assets abroad and hiding his assets. The JIT made on fake accounts also submitted its report to the Supreme Court on which the Supreme Court has submitted the matter to the NAB. The Supreme Court has issued orders to NAB to be investigated in two months. On the recommendation of JIT, the government had put names of 172 people in the ECL. However, the Supreme Court ordered Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Chief Minister Sindh to be removed from the Quick ECL.
