LAHORE: The Lahore High Court secured the decision on the disqualification of provincial minister Abdul Aleem Khan, the lawyer Abdul Abdul Khan Khan asserted that Abdul Aleem Khan showed all the facts in the nomination papers. The application is political retaliation, to be excluded.
According to the details, the hearing was heard on the request for the disqualification of the senior provincial minister Abdul Aleem Khan in the Lahore High Court, filed by Rana Ahsan, a non-petitioner candidate against Abdul Ali Khan's eligibility.
The applicant had ruled that Abdul Ali Khan should hide the facts about the assets while fighting the election. NAB is under trial. Abdul Ali Khan is the originator of the Old Age Benefit. It is believed that the court should disqualify Abdul Ali Khan from PP 158.
Abdul Ali Khan's lawyer asserted that Abdul Ali Khan showed all the facts in the nomination papers, all assets abroad and overseas were displayed in the nomination papers. Regarding off noise companies, Abdul Ali Khan also made the facts clear.
The lawyer further added that the application is political revenge, to be removed.
The court reserves the verdict against the disqualification of Provincial Minister Allem Ali Khan when the arguments were completed.
